This salt is rich in minerals so is very good for you I find this works best for cooking with its got a good strong taste that last Now the problem with this salt is that it’s very damp so is no good for a grinder and is hard to Sprinkle I did try to dry some on kitchen paper but it would take a long time to fill the grinder You get a good amount for the price

Got this for health reasons put a rock on my tongue to help make my water in my feet go where it should go has the most trace amount of minerals over 80. Not been on it enough to see if it helps but love the taste.
